a. By impacting in the lives of those we touch whether directly or indirectly by demonstrating and to fulfilling in the lives of believers the mandate found in both Psalm 33:12" and Mark 16:17-18 which state Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance & And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

b. Our chief aim is to glorify our Savior, even Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works; that we should show forth the praises of Him who hath called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; and that we may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom we shine as lights in the world, holding forth the Word of Life, to give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide their feet into the way of peace. (See Titus 2:13, 14; I Peter 2:9; Philippians 2:15, 16; Luke 1:79).

c. Our duty is to lift the fallen; visit the sick; strengthen the weak; encourage the faint-hearted; comfort the feeble-minded; point the lost to the way of salvation and urge all believers to seek a Spirit-filled life (Eph. 5:18; Acts 19:1-6) and prepare for the coming of the Lord (James 1:27; I Thess. 5:4; Mark 16:15-18; Matthew 25:1-13).

d. Moreover it is our indispensable duty, as partakers of the "royal priesthood" (I Peter 2:9; Rev. 1:6; 5:10), to offer supplications, prayer, intercessions, and giving thanks for all men; for kings, presidents, governors, magistrates, and all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all Godliness and honesty; (I Timothy 2:14; Romans 13:1-14) and to submit ourselves "to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake", whether it be king, as supreme, or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by Him for the punishment of the evil-doers, and for the praise of them that do well, so long as these ordinances do not infringe upon the liberty of service towards God according to the dictation of the heart or conscience. (See 1 Peter 2:13-17; Titus 3:1-12; Matthew 22:21).

What We Believe

  • We believe in the Apostle’s doctrine which is founded upon the following scriptures: Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endured with power from on high (Luke 24:46-49).

  • But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8).

  • Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38).

  • Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12)

  • As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:9).

  • And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone (Ephesians 2:20).

  • As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightiest charge some that they teach no other doctrine (I Timothy 1:3).

  • All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness (II Timothy 3:16).
